Alicia Sensibaugh the SF FBI coordinator for the FBI San Francisco Citizens' Academy Alumni Association was one of 5 FBI Community Outreach Specialists (COS) honored by the FBI HQ Office of Public Affairs for excellence in Community Outreach in 2011.  Alica was named COS "Rookie of the Year" for her “innovative work and attention to detail in her first year on the job”.
